I recently purchased this sponge at the Americana pop up store. Unfortunately, after only two uses and within one week of purchasing it, the top portion of the sponge tore.
I previously sent an email explaining the issue and attached photos showing the damage, but I have not yet received a response and solution Given that the sponge failed after such minimal use, I would appreciate a response

I can’t describe how helpful this sponge is for even application of my foundation. It can reach all the unreachable corners of my eyes. Love it so much, every time it becomes available I get at least 6. It lasts a long time, but I like to change mine at least once a month.
